Normal Business Hours (M-F 9AM-5PM)
Telephone, Text and Remote Technical Support:  $125/Hr
    Minimum of $35 for 1st 15 minutes.
OFFsite Service Rate: $125/Hr
ONsite Service Visit Charge (coming to your location):  $75
ONsite Service Rate: $150/Hr plus Parts/Materials
Offsite New Computer Preparation Fee: $600 plus Final Onsite\Remote Labor Time

After Hours\Premium Rates are charged for Any Hours worked outside of our Normal Business Hours and for All Emergency Calls
After Hours\Premium OFFsite Service Rate: $150/Hr
After Hours\Premium ONsite Service Rate: $200/Hr plus Parts/Materials
   
Technical Support via Email:  Response typically within 24-48 Hours and
    invoiced at same rate as Telephone, Text and Remote Technical Support.

A 10% Late Fee will be assessed for every 15 day period after the invoice
   date that full payment is not received.  **** Effective 8/5/2015 ****
Larger and/or Consulting Projects are on an Approved Proposal Basis
